When a Mysterious Lady Brings a Mannerly but Small Orphan Boy to the Castle of Lord Oswald
When a mysterious
lady brings a mannerly but small orphan boy to the castle of Lord
Oswald and begs him to take care of the boy, he and Lady Miriam take
him in and raise him as part of their family. But when Lady Miriam
bears a child of their own, Lord Oswald knights the strange boy, as
was his wish, and sends him away, preferring his own flesh and blood
to the child, who he has named Aland. Sir Aland bears no grudge
against his foster parents and leaves willingly.
However, Aland had
fallen in love with his foster parents’ beautiful daughter,
Lillian. She misses him and worse yet, her new brother is a cripple
and can do nothing to help against the numerous adversities that
spring up when Aland leaves: her greedy uncle attacking, assisted by
an evil magician, and worse, a huge dragon.
